CATEGORY ABANDONMENT
Your Category
Is Orphaned.
You named your category. You framed it with language and process. But you never wrote the book that claimed it.
That's Category Abandonment. And it turns everything you built into an orphan and it's waiting for someone else to pick up.
THE LAW You can't be the authority on a category you haven't authored.

WHAT YOU GET
The category answers
to you.
Here's what's different the day the book exists.
ORPHANED
You struggle to communicate your value.
You're a consultant who works in an industry.
You're forgotten moments after your talk ends.
Your calls start cold.
Anyone can still claim the category before you do.
CLAIMED
The book explains it clearly for you.
You're the author of the category.
People look you up and find a book with your name on it.
Your calls already know you and are ready to buy.
You give the market new language and it all points back to you.

WHY I DO THIS
I claimed a category with a Mini Book... It changed everything.
I ran a training company for insurance adjusters. There was a real problem in that world and nobody had a name for it, so I wrote a small book and gave it one. About ten thousand words. It took days to write, not years.
Then the customers and industry started coming to me. People found the book, then they found me, and by the time we talked they had already decided to buy.
I thought I had gotten lucky with a book. What I had actually done was claim a category, and I didn't have the framework for that until years later.
Then I did it again on purpose. I wrote the Mini Book Model and claimed Mini Books.
Now I help solopreneurs and billion dollar brands write Mini Books to Claim their categories.
If it works in adjusting with no famous name on the cover, it isn't about the author. It's about the claim.

Chris Stanley is a legend.
The work he did on our book, The Existing Market Trap, reminded me of what it looks like when someone owns the work like it's their own. He became a vital member of our team during our Lightning Strike. Highly recommended.
